012 Smile Telecom Ltd. is an Israeli company from the “Partner” group that provides international call services, local telephony using VoB technology, cellular communications and Internet access services.

The brand was established in 2007 following the merger of the companies “012 Gold Lines” and “Smile Communications”, which sold this activity in 2009 to the “Ampel” group. The company’s slogan as of 2013 is: “012 Just because I want to talk …”

The company is owned by Partner Communications, under the local brand “Partner” (formerly known as part of the global brand of “Orange”), controlled by the Israeli businessman Haim Saban. On October 13, 2010, Partner Communications announced its intention to acquire full ownership of the company from the Ampel Group. And on March 13, 2011, “Partner” announced the completion of the transaction and the appointment of a new CEO.

Hot Mobile is a wireless telecommunications company based in Israel and a subsidiary of Hot Telecommunication Systems Ltd. (HOT).

Hot Mobile provides nationwide wireless service using UMTS in the 2100Mhz band, with supplemented coverage through a domestic roaming agreement with Partner (until they reach full coverage). The company also operates a separate legacy network utilizing Integrated Digital Enhanced Network (iDEN) technology (in the 800Mhz SMR band) with PTT service that appeals mainly to businesses and large organizations.

Partner Communications Company Ltd. formerly known as Orange Israel, is a mobile network operator, internet Wi-Fi, fixed telephony service and OTT/IPTV provider in Israel. It was formerly operating under the Orange brand name until 16 February 2016.

The company’s shares are traded on NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, where it is a constituent of the TA-25 Index; since August 2009, Scailex Corporation (owned by businessman Ilan Ben Dov) controls 51% of its shares and in 2012 this stock of shares was sold to SB Telecom (owned by business man Haim Saban).

Pelephone is a mobile network operator in Israel, and also the first company to offer mobile telephony services in Israel. Due to this, the brand-name “Pelephone” became the genericized trademark for mobile phones in Israel, regardless of service provider. The company is a subsidiary of the Israeli telecommunications conglomerate Bezeq, which is also the principal provider of terrestrial telephone service in the country. As of June 2016 Pelephone had 2.26 million wireless subscribers.

YouPhone

YouPhone ( Alon Cellular ) was a communications company that operated a virtual cellular network , in the MVNO format. It was established as a subsidiary of Blue Square Oak Israel , but as of 2015 it became the property of Pelephone Communications and its operations were merged into Pelephone operations.

The company provided mobile phone services through the use of existing physical infrastructure of the Pelephone company. It began operations in May 2012 . The number prefixes assigned to the network’s new subscribers are: 055-88 and due to the number portability policy in Israel, numbers originating from other companies could be transferred to the company. The company’s activity was based on the Mega and AM: PM supermarket chains , as well as the Dor Alon gas station chain .
